Oversee the organization’s HR function, including staff leadership, HR strategy, recruitment, retention, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, training, and organizational development. Advise senior leadership, manage complex HR initiatives, monitor HR metrics, and use workforce data to support business decisions.

Manages sales performance and profitability across an assigned territory by developing new accounts, maintaining distribution, closing transactions, and servicing customer relationships. Communicates with current and prospective customers, demonstrates products, provides application support, analyzes sales and revenue trends, negotiates agreements, and reports account performance to management. This is a home-based remote role covering the Chicago area and requires 25%–30% travel, including occasional overnight travel.

Leads Novolex’s Walmart and Sam’s Club sales strategy, customer relationships, profitable growth, negotiations, forecasting, and market expansion. Oversees National Account Managers and collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet revenue, margin, service, and market-share goals. The role manages executive-level customer engagement, business planning, pipeline development, pricing, operational escalations, and customer reviews while developing team performance and maintaining accurate CRM reporting.
