Develops quality strategies, analyzes performance data, supports customer issue resolution, manages audits and certifications, trains plant teams, and drives scrap and cost reduction. The remote role requires extensive travel of up to 75–80%.

Leads global IT strategy and teams across infrastructure, cloud operations, cybersecurity, AI security, enterprise platforms, and service management. Oversees hybrid infrastructure modernization, platform engineering, resilience, incident response, risk management, compliance, vendor relationships, budgets, and software licensing. Partners with executives and business functions to drive digital transformation, secure emerging technology adoption, and reliable global IT operations.

Leads regional sales growth across the Ohio Valley by managing brokers, distributors, and selling resources. Owns sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline health, revenue and margin targets, key account development, regional budgets, and customer relationships. Coaches partners, conducts business reviews, drives product penetration, and collaborates with Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain. Requires frequent regional travel, overnight stays, and occasional weekend work.
