Staff Accountant completes tax and audit engagements under supervision, researches business matters, analyzes data, prepares reports, identifies potential issues, and develops client relationships. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, foundational accounting and tax knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. CPA exam eligibility or completed sections is advantageous. Evening, weekend, and domestic travel availability may be required.

The Proposal Specialist coordinates end-to-end proposal and pursuit activities, including RFP review, timelines, stakeholder inputs, compliance checks, messaging, and final submissions. The role maintains proposal templates, content libraries, CRM tracking, reporting, websites, and marketing collateral. It also sources bid opportunities, supports pursuit planning, drives timely team contributions, and helps improve proposal processes.

Supports end-to-end proposal and pursuit activities, including RFP/RFQ analysis, compliance reviews, timeline coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and final submissions. Maintains proposal templates, workflows, content libraries, CRM tracking, reporting, and SharePoint content. Coordinates pursuit collateral, pitch decks, and proactive bids while identifying opportunities and improving proposal processes. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with proposal systems and Microsoft Office.
