Lead industrial engineering and quality initiatives for a 3PL site: improve workflows, conduct time studies and capacity modeling, develop labor standards and SOPs, drive Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, create KPI dashboards, lead cross-functional projects, train staff, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations: recruit, train, schedule, coach, and discipline team members; support operations management, manage assets and budgets, enforce safety, operate forklift, and perform warehouse and office tasks as assigned.
