Teams at Novo Logistics

Leads industrial engineering, quality, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume warehouse environment. Analyzes workflows, labor utilization, material flow, layouts, capacity, productivity, and operational bottlenecks. Develops labor standards, KPIs, SOPs, dashboards, corrective action plans, and executive reports. Partners with leadership on customer launches, cost reduction, waste elimination, and service improvements while training teams and maintaining safety and quality compliance.

Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities; recruit, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate team members; enforce policies and safety procedures; assist with site operations, budgets, inventory, maintenance, reporting, and office tasks; operate a forklift; and support the Operations Manager and other leadership. The role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
