Responsibilities include installing and configuring secure networks, resolving Level 2 incidents, administering firewalls and network systems, troubleshooting LAN/WAN, VPN, and security issues, coordinating with vendors, automating tasks, documenting procedures, and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
