Lead front-end developer responsible for building JavaScript-based web apps using Angular/React, implementing front-end build pipelines (gulp, minification), writing Node.js APIs, unit tests, and integrating AWS services (Lambda, Cognito, DynamoDB, Step Functions).

Provide advanced desktop support: troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, imaging and deployments, migrate user data, manage accounts (AD, email, NCID, Citrix), coordinate with application and network teams, lead small projects, maintain documentation, and enforce IT security policies to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction.

Provide primary DBA support for DB2 on Z Series mainframe and new database installs. Responsibilities include table reorgs, indexing, partitioning, performance tuning, automation and scheduling (Zeke), extensive use of JCL, Easytrieve, and REXX. Maintain data dictionaries, logical and physical models, database schemas and application objects, perform capacity planning, manage installs/patches/upgrades, HA, security, backups, restores, exports/imports, and environment tuning.
