Lead Novig’s brand identity and creative evolution across campaigns, marketing, product graphics, and branded app experiences. Develop concepts from art direction through execution, partner with product, marketing, and leadership, identify opportunities to improve the brand, and direct contract designers. This hands-on role requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional craft, range across print and digital, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

Serve as the technical lead for partners integrating with Novig's exchange: support API integrations, act as liaison between trading/ops/engineering, ship code fixes and PRs, diagnose outages, and scale partner support while owning the end-to-end partner experience.

Curate and list real-time sports prediction markets, engage with the community (Discord), monitor games/trading activity, design creative props tied to storylines, work peak sports hours, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve the product and automate manual workflows.

Own and execute Display and CTV acquisition campaigns end-to-end: build, launch, and scale campaigns; implement and QA conversion tracking, configure CAPI and server-side integrations; troubleshoot attribution/data discrepancies; improve signal quality; design rigorous A/B tests; optimize bidding and attribution strategies to drive growth for a live-sports product.

Build and maintain full-stack, real-time sports trading infrastructure. Own market engine, developer-first APIs, distributed systems, real-time data pipelines, and frontend components. Collaborate with Design/Product, improve observability and reliability, and contribute to architecture decisions.

The role involves investigating fraud and risk in a sports prediction market, analyzing user behavior, identifying suspicious patterns, and maintaining marketplace integrity.

Lead Novig's social presence across major platforms by owning voice, editorial direction, and real-time content execution. Build and manage a team, run editorial cadence, analyze performance to scale winners, ship creator-first content during live moments, and maintain the social tech stack, partnerships, and design integration to create repeatable playbooks and original programming.

Own payments, full-cycle accounts payable, vendor setup/KYB, and multi-entity payment runs. Reconcile customer fund flows, processor settlements, and bank accounts. Support multi-entity financial statements, monthly close, audits, regulatory reporting, and tax registrations. Analyze financial operations, optimize processes, and help build reporting dashboards with Data & Engineering.
