Leads Novelis North America's commercial strategy and five-year strategic planning across market segments. Owns customer segmentation, growth strategy, commercial transformation, go-to-market initiatives, and strategic business cases. Translates customer, market, competitive, and regulatory insights into priorities and measurable financial impact. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, manages strategic workstreams and governance, and coaches team members. Travel is approximately once per month.

Supports plant environmental, health, and safety programs through regulatory reporting, permit and records maintenance, employee training, compliance audits, safety observations, incident investigations, injury trend analysis, and corrective action recommendations. The role also supports wastewater oversight, regulatory inspections, environmental compliance improvements, and collaboration with employees, leadership, and government agencies.

Leads site operations across three machine center areas, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, continuous improvement, production performance, and employee development. Manages and coaches operations employees, collaborates with engineering, maintenance, supply chain, HR, and other functions, and supports production scheduling and customer requirements. Develops operational policies, resolves equipment and process issues, monitors performance, and drives accountability in a unionized manufacturing environment.
