Prepare and post journal entries, perform bank clearing and reconciliations, partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues, support management variance commentary, participate in process improvements, and assist with ad hoc financial analysis and projects.

Provide data entry support, complete applications, order loss runs, compile and maintain spreadsheets, follow directives from Customer Service Representatives, maintain client confidentiality, prioritize tasks, multitask under pressure, and use Excel/Microsoft Office. Growth may require obtaining a General Lines Agent Property and Casualty License.

Lead full‑lifecycle recruitment for wholesale insurance roles across North America: source passive/active candidates, manage interviews, negotiate offers, draft offer letters/NDAs, track recruiting activity, and support HR administrative tasks.
