Support onboarding, respond to customer inquiries, maintain CRM records, prepare training materials, monitor platform usage, facilitate meetings/webinars, gather feedback, and escalate issues to ensure customer success across EMEA.

Lead and support ESG advisory engagements across climate risk, carbon accounting (Scope 1-3), financed emissions, decarbonisation strategy, data quality, materiality assessments, and regulatory workstreams. Analyze large datasets, produce reporting deliverables and benchmarks via the Novata platform, guide client data collection and improvement, support SBTi-related activities, and act as an English/German client-facing contact while collaborating with Product and Customer Success.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will develop and maintain ESG data management features, collaborate with teams, and mentor junior developers while scaling the platform.
