Manage and grow client relationships across the US, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and customer satisfaction. Serve as a trusted advisor, lead executive business reviews, identify account risks and opportunities, resolve issues, and represent customer needs internally. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing while developing scalable customer success processes, monitoring KPIs, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Lead and support ESG advisory engagements across climate risk, carbon accounting (Scope 1-3), financed emissions, decarbonisation strategy, data quality, materiality assessments, and regulatory workstreams. Analyze large datasets, produce reporting deliverables and benchmarks via the Novata platform, guide client data collection and improvement, support SBTi-related activities, and act as an English/German client-facing contact while collaborating with Product and Customer Success.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will develop and maintain ESG data management features, collaborate with teams, and mentor junior developers while scaling the platform.
