Maintain and expand Novata's Metric Library and Regulatory Navigator, research ESG standards and regulatory changes (EMEA focus), use data analytics and AI tools to inform product decisions, support clients and Customer Success on metric development, and verify regulatory content accuracy and transposition.

Manage client onboarding and support for Novata's SaaS platform, coordinating with Customer Success, Product, and advisory teams. Serve as first point of contact for help-desk inquiries, maintain HubSpot records, drive engagement and retention, and relay customer feedback to improve product and processes.

London-based SDR responsible for sourcing and qualifying new business across private equity, private credit, and infrastructure; executing multi-channel outbound outreach; booking discovery calls and demos for EMEA AEs; converting marketing leads; maintaining HubSpot records; becoming fluent in the product and ESG reporting landscape; and feeding market feedback into the team.
