Lead a team of operational controls analysts to execute monitoring strategy and control frameworks for patient support programs. Ensure consistent, accurate monitoring, enforce scope and governance, prepare escalations, support onboarding and analyst development, and ensure outputs tie to control objectives and evidence.

Develops scalable AI adoption playbooks, workflow guides, prompt libraries, training materials, and support resources. Designs practical learning experiences, embeds legal, privacy, security, and Responsible AI requirements, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders. Maintains content governance, taxonomy, and update processes; gathers feedback; and monitors usage, adoption trends, and support needs to improve self-service enablement. The role supports behavior change and sustainable adoption across a large multinational organization.

Build and scale an AI adoption community across US Commercial through champion networks, peer-learning forums, office hours, engagement campaigns, and success stories. Manage community channels, FAQs, knowledge assets, and content calendars while facilitating collaboration and continuous learning. Capture feedback, barriers, and use cases; track participation and adoption metrics; support local advocates; and recommend improvements that increase user engagement, experience, and value realization.
