Lead and enhance Ethics, Risk & Compliance programs for Novartis Mexico. Partner with senior leaders to identify and mitigate compliance, third-party, and business continuity risks. Drive anti-bribery and risk management frameworks, build compliance capabilities via training and coaching, and lead strategic ERC projects with governance oversight and data-driven insights for senior stakeholders.

Lead Talent & Development for Novartis Japan by shaping and executing an integrated T&D strategy. Partner with business and P&O stakeholders to strengthen succession planning, talent pipelines, and T&D processes. Use AI and data analytics to diagnose organizational issues, drive initiatives, improve selection, retention, and development, and manage teams and programs across the region.
