Lead finance for a $350M Advanced Surgery business unit: drive financial strategy, planning, FP&A, performance management, controls (SOX/AAP), and support investment decisions. Act as senior business partner to BU leadership and VP of Finance, develop finance talent, and ensure alignment with enterprise governance and public-company requirements.

Lead regional sales for precision manufacturing photonics, owning UK/France/Benelux territory. Drive new OEM business, expand key accounts, manage pipeline and forecasts, collaborate with technical teams, and represent the company at customer sites and industry events.

Design and deliver .NET/C# desktop and device applications, build UI with WPF/WinForms, implement web interfaces with ASP.NET/Blazor, create hardware communication (RS232/Ethernet), integrate SQL databases, apply testing, document architectures, and coach team members.
