Leads complex, cross-functional technical projects from planning through execution. Manages roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams. Partners with engineering, operations, architecture, and business teams to translate technical requirements into execution plans and deliver projects on time and within scope. Applies Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or traditional project management methods and reports progress, risks, metrics, and decisions to leadership.

Supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities through journal entries, inventory reconciliations, excess and obsolete inventory analysis, manufacturing work order closure, cost variance analysis, and audit support. The role also facilitates cross-functional reviews and improves cost accounting processes and internal controls while collaborating with operations, supply chain, and finance teams.

Leads customer-facing engineering engagements for robotics and automation technologies. Partners with Sales to understand requirements, develops optimized technical solutions, translates needs into engineering specifications, supports prototyping and validation, mentors junior engineers, communicates value propositions, and collaborates cross-functionally on product development and application performance.
