Provide technical customer support through phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot electronic hardware, software, and network-related issues; resolve and document incidents; escalate complex cases; track support tickets; collaborate with product development and customer success teams; gather feedback; and meet response, resolution, and satisfaction KPIs.

Assemble, program, adjust, test, and package medical devices. Handle and prepare materials, independently operate technical production equipment and assembly tools, and use testing technology. The role requires precise, quality-conscious work, manual dexterity, reliability, teamwork, and either completed vocational training or comparable experience. Work is based at Novanta’s production site in Ludwigsstadt on a 39-hour, single-shift schedule.

Supports mechanical component, tooling, fixture, and prototype design using SolidWorks. Performs hands-on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, validation, tolerance analysis, and performance testing of electromechanical systems. Creates engineering documentation, drawings, test reports, assembly instructions, and bills of materials while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
