Consultants will provide technical advice, assess systems and processes, develop solutions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and prepare technical documentation across Defence projects in Adelaide. Applicants need relevant Defence industry experience, engineering qualifications where applicable, strong analytical and communication skills, and an active or suspended Australian NV1 clearance.

Owns and grows a strategic business development pipeline across Defence, Emergency Services, Mining, Utilities, and Space. The role builds senior customer relationships, shapes opportunities, leads capture and win strategies, governs bid/no-bid decisions, coordinates technical and delivery teams, and supports contract award, mobilisation, and post-tender reviews. Success requires Commonwealth-style acquisition experience, commercial and risk expertise, executive communication skills, and a strong Defence or government network.
