Drive new business growth across the Employee Benefits insurance vertical by prospecting, managing pipelines, and closing mid-market and enterprise accounts. Own the full consultative sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure. Build relationships with HR and finance executives, collaborate with placement, underwriting, client success, and operations teams, and provide market intelligence to improve go-to-market strategy.

Manage and retain key mid-market accounts, achieve retention and revenue targets, and create client value through stakeholder alignment, engagement, and business reviews. Prepare executive-level account reporting, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and launch revenue-growth initiatives. Provide team feedback, training, and development while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and client outcomes.

Process employee insurance additions, deletions, and corrections; coordinate with insurers, TPAs, and internal teams; track client requests against SLAs; maintain Excel or Google Sheets data; follow up on pending issues; and support client servicing and escalations.
