Lead influencer acquisition campaigns end to end, including creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, approvals, performance analysis, and optimization. Own CAC and volume targets, test creators and platforms, scale profitable approaches, and improve campaign efficiency using AI, internal tools, and better processes. The role requires commercial judgment, content evaluation, social media understanding, and adaptability in a fast-growing startup.

Improve Nous’s operational systems, workflows, tools, automations, and processes as the company scales. Responsibilities include supporting members, identifying repeated work and failure points, documenting procedures, building AI-assisted automations, investigating root causes, and collaborating with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to create robust, scalable workflows.

Own high-volume reconciliations, invoicing, payments, finance operations, month-end close, management accounts, controls, and audit preparation. Build automated finance workflows using data and AI tooling, maintain accurate financial records, and partner with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. This controller-track role also supports investor reporting and finance infrastructure for geographic and product expansion.
