Coordinate and improve apprenticeship, vocational, and work-based learning programmes aligned with workforce needs. Manage and support trainers and tutors through performance reviews, teaching observations, coaching, and mentoring. Oversee learner recruitment, assessment, achievement, progression, quality assurance, funding compliance, awarding standards, resources, and delivery across multiple locations. The role also contributes to curriculum development, staff recruitment, employer engagement, and continuous improvement.

Provides administrative, financial, and performance support for housing development and refurbishment programmes. Responsibilities include cost estimating, budget monitoring, project administration, data analysis, performance reporting, governance support, stakeholder coordination, records management, milestone tracking, and monitoring risks, defects, actions, and project outcomes.

Lead Nottingham City Council’s transactional finance teams across income, banking, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, reconciliations, and suspense clearance. Ensure accurate, timely, compliant transactions, month-end delivery, KPI performance, and effective reporting. Manage the relationship with East Midlands Shared Services, drive process improvements, maintain financial controls, and coach and develop finance staff while supporting council-wide financial sustainability.
