Investigate Stage 1 and Stage 2 complaints and MP enquiries for the SENA team; review evidence, interview parties, produce clear investigation reports and responses, support Ombudsman queries, analyse complaint trends, and work with managers to identify and embed service improvements.

Produce statutory returns and statistical reports for internal and external partners (Ofsted, DfE, YJB). Maintain and improve data quality, collect and analyse data, support and train new starters on case management and IT systems, produce clear system instructions, and work independently within departmental objectives to meet deadlines.

Provide business intelligence, data analysis and insight for Children and Family Services (SEND and inclusion). Extract, manage and visualise large datasets, produce charts, maps and dashboards, and present findings using BI tools and Microsoft packages to inform service delivery and decision-making.
