Teams at Notre Dame Prep

Supports the Director of Advancement with annual and restricted fundraising campaigns, donor cultivation and stewardship, alumni engagement, events, prospect research, grant support, and advancement communications. Maintains donor records and CRM data, produces reports, coordinates major fundraising events, recruits volunteers, and serves as a liaison with parent association leadership. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical skills, confidentiality, and flexibility for occasional evening or weekend activities.
