Manage, train, and motivate an automotive sales team to meet sales targets. Oversee hiring, coaching, goal setting, customer interactions, product demonstrations, and sales process execution while ensuring quality customer service.

Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and executive team: manage calendars, communications, travel, meeting materials, records, vendor liaison, office operations, and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and adapting to shifting priorities.

Develop and execute promotional strategies and branded content to increase awareness and sales. Create social media content, manage scheduling tools, represent the company at events, collaborate with teams, and maintain a positive brand image.

Manage dealership finance and insurance operations: develop menu-selling to maximize profitability and product penetration, work with lenders, ensure compliance and timely paperwork, support sales team, enforce selling methods, and set department schedules and workflows.

Provide front-desk and administrative support including greeting customers, answering phones and emails, maintaining records, processing purchasing and accounts payable, running monthly payroll, scheduling, and assisting on special projects.
