Process and code invoices from the US and Canada within the firm's interoperability model; monitor performance, identify and escalate issues, maintain process documentation, and support efficiency improvements.

Provide first-line eBilling support and manage client invoice uploads, trackers, and reporting. Resolve failed/rejected e-billing issues, assist with setups and timekeeper uploads, update procedures, attend client and debt meetings, and support Revenue Team Leaders on related tasks.

Support the EMEAPAC Internal Communications Manager by creating and publishing internal comms content across intranet and channels. Design visual assets (PowerPoint, emails, newsletters, screens), triage portal requests, manage Athena intranet updates, use approved AI tools for drafting and repurposing content, ensure brand and tone consistency, and support campaigns and stakeholder follow-up across the communications team.
