Owns end-to-end transactional and strategic bid responses for Singapore and Asia, particularly in Energy, Infrastructure, and Natural Resources. Responsibilities include bid planning, stakeholder coordination, proposal drafting and editing, project management, document control, pricing and compliance coordination, post-bid follow-up, reporting, and coaching colleagues. The role partners with lawyers, business development teams, and regional leadership to develop tailored client responses and support mandate growth.

Manages business development and marketing for Norton Rose Fulbright’s Singapore office, with emphasis on disputes and transport practices. Responsibilities include developing business plans, campaigns, client development initiatives, bids, pitches, events, communications, directory submissions, budgets, and ROI reporting. The role partners closely with lawyers, regional and global marketing teams, and business stakeholders to deliver commercially focused initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and support practice growth.

Represents national and international clients in commercial disputes, including interim proceedings, substantive litigation, and arbitration. The role requires analyzing complex legal matters, identifying core legal issues, developing solutions, and working independently and collaboratively within a national and international litigation team. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, analytical, socially adept, pragmatic, and highly responsible, with 4 to 8 years of experience in litigation practice at a law firm.
