Uses Excel, scripting, SQL, and eDiscovery tools to manage data, identify regulated information, validate outputs, document chain of custody, monitor risks, and help deliver defensible projects on schedule.

Leads eDiscovery and data analysis workstreams for complex cyber incident response matters, overseeing data assessment, review, extraction, normalization, entity resolution, notification, reporting, budgets, vendors, quality, and delivery. Advises legal teams and clients on technical strategies, risks, workflows, and findings. Manages multidisciplinary teams, develops defensible methodologies, mentors staff, resolves escalations, and advances Cyber eDiscovery processes through analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.

Provides legal advice on domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions, including acquisition, leveraged, private credit, corporate, refinancing, and real estate finance. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating financing and security documents, managing due diligence and closing processes, coordinating with clients and advisers, and supporting transaction workstreams across offices. The role also involves supervising junior lawyers and contributing to client relationships and business development.
