Drive electrical design for high-speed digital communication systems, RF and mixed-signal electronics, complex power systems, and multilayer PCBs. Own board development from architecture and component selection through schematic capture, layout, bring-up, debugging, testing, and production. Collaborate with hardware, software, RF, antenna, FPGA, firmware, and manufacturing teams while leading technical efforts and mentoring engineers.

Own Northwood’s build system, CI/CD pipelines, developer environments, release automation, and platform tooling across cloud, embedded, DSP, and FPGA teams. Improve build reproducibility, caching, speed, reliability, and security while supporting engineers and measuring developer productivity. The role includes GitLab CI template development, artifact signing, supply chain checks, cross-platform builds, and turning recurring pipeline issues into permanent fixes.

Build and maintain internal web applications and services supporting engineering, build, release, and deployment workflows. Develop backend APIs and integrations, own tools from requirements through deployment and support, contribute to shared tooling frameworks, implement observability, and collaborate through code reviews and design discussions. The role serves internal platform, software, hardware, and operations engineering users.
