Leads end-to-end production of integrated creative and marketing work across video, motion, photography, digital, social, print, merchandise, and events. Owns scope, schedules, budgets, resourcing, vendors, asset delivery, production processes, and quality control while coordinating creative, marketing, communications, product, and external partners.

Leads daily SMT production operations, supervising operators and technicians while coordinating staffing, materials, equipment, changeovers, and production priorities. Ensures PCB assemblies meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements across printing, placement, reflow, inspection, and material-handling processes. Monitors output, yield, rework, scrap, downtime, and schedule attainment while resolving floor issues and driving continuous improvement.

Own high-density PCB layout for high-speed digital, RF, mixed-signal, and power electronics. Define stackups, placement, routing constraints, libraries, and manufacturing documentation. Collaborate with electrical, RF, antenna, production, fabrication, and assembly teams on DFM, DFA, DFT, EMI/EMC, and power delivery. Establish PCB design standards, tools, workflows, and automation while serving as the internal authority on high-speed and high-frequency layout.
