Lead technical implementation teams to deliver cloud-based, services-oriented software solutions. Serve as client-facing bridge, manage onboarding, system configuration, integrations, documentation, automation, observability, and people management to ensure reliable, supportable deployments and continuous improvement.

Administer and support third-party enterprise applications (e.g., Jira, GoAnywhere); resolve first-level support issues, monitor application health, share on-call duties, document and track help desk requests, provide end-user training, assist with upgrades and project tasks.
