Part-time hybrid accounting intern supporting accounts payable and general finance tasks: review and reconcile invoices, research discrepancies, assist month-end close, prepare reports and audit materials, support system testing and process improvement projects.

Lead and manage clinical quality and patient safety at the hospital, develop and implement annual quality plans, oversee accreditation and mandatory reporting, coordinate with system and local clinical leaders, run improvement initiatives, manage staff and budgets, and support board reporting and system-wide quality projects.

Provide high-level administrative support to directors, manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, handle correspondence, prepare documents and presentations, analyze data, implement procedural improvements, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
