Assists with security alert investigations, incident response, vulnerability and threat management, risk evaluations, security control optimization, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity process documentation. The role evaluates information security gaps, assesses incident impact, coordinates risk treatment, investigates computer issues and fraud, and supports daily operational tasks protecting enterprise assets. It requires knowledge of networks, security controls, Windows and Linux systems, incident response, governance frameworks, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Designs, deploys, automates, and supports cloud infrastructure, primarily in Microsoft Azure. Builds Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, manages CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes and containerized workloads, monitors system capacity and reliability, and implements cloud security controls. The role also develops scripts, supports integrations, troubleshoots distributed systems, collaborates with project and application teams, provides technical leadership and mentoring, and participates in on-call support.

Maintains and integrates hardware, operating systems, servers, distributed systems, and network connectivity. Performs capacity and performance analysis, troubleshooting, upgrades, technical planning, system changes, and project support. Develops technical specifications, standards, policies, and project plans while coordinating with vendors, application teams, project managers, and customers. Provides technical leadership, mentoring, documentation, and required on-call support within a healthcare IT environment.
