Lead strategic, budgetary, and operational nursing initiatives across an academic medical center. Coordinate implementation of unified nursing care models, drive clinical quality and process improvement, set program goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with executive and clinical leaders to advance nursing practice and patient outcomes.

Coordinate and manage all logistical and clinical aspects of assigned research protocols, provide study-related patient care, maintain documentation and data integrity, communicate with investigators/sponsors/IRB, train staff, and support study visits across hospital sites.
