Teams at Northwest Tire Inc.

Perform tire repair, rotation, mounting/dismounting, fluid changes, and general shop duties. Must handle vehicle entry/egress, stand and move frequently, work weekends (rotating Saturdays), and collaborate with team. Training provided; room for advancement.

Handle customer sales and service for passenger, light truck, commercial, and wholesale tire products; assist with automotive services, use basic computer systems, learn product knowledge, and follow instructions in a rotating Saturday schedule.

Sell tires and related services while building and maintaining customer relationships. Perform general shop and tire maintenance (repair, rotation, mounting/dismounting, fluid changes), handle assigned sales routes with a company vehicle, use basic computer skills for sales/records, work independently, and attend rotating Saturday schedules. Training provided.
