Provides strategic leadership for institutional advancement, including fundraising, major and planned gifts, campaigns, alumni relations, donor stewardship, grants, scholarships, and Foundation governance. Builds relationships with donors, corporations, foundations, alumni, and community partners; oversees advancement staff, budgets, databases, compliance, financial reporting, events, and performance metrics. Advises senior College leadership and represents the institution in civic and philanthropic settings.

Recruits prospective students through school, business, and community outreach; delivers presentations and campus tours; supervises student recruiters; manages CRM communications; supports admissions, registration, orientation, FAFSA assistance, financial aid workshops, scholarships, and commencement activities. Maintains compliant student records, prepares reports, and uses social media and emerging technologies to support enrollment goals. Requires frequent daily travel, including nights and weekends.

Support administration and compliance of WIOA and Career STEP programs by determining participant eligibility, assisting enrollment, providing case management, maintaining confidential records, ensuring documentation accuracy, supporting reporting and audits, coordinating referrals, and collaborating with partners to support participant employment and training goals.

Recruit and enroll new students by outreach to high schools, businesses, and community groups; manage prospective student communications using CRM and social media; assist admissions, financial aid, orientation, registration, and commencement; prepare reports and supervise student recruiters.

Provide student-centered customer service while managing student billing, collections, payment plans, payments, third-party billing, refunds, and account reconciliation with Financial Aid. Maintain accurate records and support special projects as assigned by the Bursar.

Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising, alumni, and special events; manage alumni engagement and database records; develop marketing materials, newsletters, and social media; liaise with internal departments and vendors; provide donor and alumni relations support and perform event setup and logistics.
