The Systems Analyst configures and modifies Workday ERP business processes, analyzes system requirements, troubleshoots issues, coordinates software development and conversion activities, and performs system testing and maintenance. The role collaborates with technical teams and end users across Student Services, Human Resources, and Finance, provides user training and documentation, tracks project deadlines, and reports status to IT leadership. This is a fully on-campus position.

Provide high-level administrative and fiscal support to the CFO/SVP for Finance & Administration, managing complex calendars, travel, correspondence, meeting materials, project tracking, records, budget tracking, and serving as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion.

Coordinates administration and operations for a registered apprenticeship program, supporting apprentice onboarding, enrollment, retention, employer and instructor communication, compliance tracking, records, reporting, audits, training preparation, recruitment, events, marketing materials, and outcome measurement.
