Coordinate and schedule non-academic facility use at the Washington County campus, manage event logistics and vendor relations, maintain Ad Astra and customer records, prepare contracts and reports, support AV/IT needs during events, and provide customer service including evening or weekend event coverage.

Provides Level 2 technical support for computer hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and enterprise technology. Troubleshoots complex issues, deploys and images computers, installs software, analyzes logs, evaluates technology compatibility, coordinates with vendors and engineers, documents resolutions, and supports users through work orders and helpdesk activities. The role is fully in person and may require travel to offsite locations for troubleshooting and repairs.

Coordinates administration and operations for a registered apprenticeship program, supporting apprentice onboarding, enrollment, retention, employer and instructor communication, compliance tracking, records, reporting, audits, training preparation, recruitment, events, marketing materials, and outcome measurement.
