The EMT Educator leads EMT onboarding, classroom and field training, skills validation, field-training development, remediation, and continuing education. The role partners with clinical, operations, medical direction, and quality teams to standardize competency evaluation, address performance trends, implement policy and equipment changes, and maintain education records. It requires an experienced EMT who can teach adults, provide feedback, evaluate clinical competency, and perform physically demanding field and training activities.
