Leads clinical education, competency verification, quality improvement, and protocol implementation across an EMS organization. Designs training and examinations, manages the LMS and FTO program, audits clinical performance, investigates quality concerns, develops remediation plans, standardizes critical care transport practices, supervises education staff, maintains credentialing and compliance records, and partners with medical directors and regulatory agencies. The role also maintains active patient-care, field-precepting, and CCT operational responsibilities.

Own the end-to-end payroll function for approximately 430 employees, including payroll processing, wage-and-hour compliance, tax and regulatory filings, timekeeping governance, garnishments, ACA reporting, reconciliations, and liability accounting. Configure and manage ADP and the ESO interface, audit payroll data, establish policies and controls, represent the organization during agency audits, and improve payroll workflows. The role is on-site and requires independent judgment regarding Washington and federal payroll requirements.
