Serves as the technical authority for enterprise infrastructure, including VMware virtualization, SAN/NAS storage, backup and disaster recovery, Windows servers, identity, endpoints, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and mobile device management. Designs, deploys, secures, monitors, and maintains highly available systems; performs capacity planning, recovery testing, hardware administration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure documentation. Provides senior-level customer support and helps administer Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI services.

Leads pension accounting and contract review operations, supervising staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance, reviewing labor agreements, resolving issues with unions and employers, analyzing performance data, supporting system and policy improvements, coordinating releases and documentation, and assisting with strategic initiatives and administrative duties.

Acts as the liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams. Gathers and documents requirements, translates them into functional specifications, evaluates system changes, develops process workflows and prototypes, supports user acceptance testing, maintains documentation, and provides functional and technical support. The role requires strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills, with pension administration knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft business tools preferred.
