Plans, coordinates, and oversees multiple clinical systems projects from initiation through deployment. Defines scope, timelines, ownership, workflows, metrics, and risk-management processes while monitoring budgets and deadlines. Leads interdisciplinary project teams, collaborates with clinical, financial, quality, and vendor stakeholders, resolves issues, prepares status reports, supports training and policy development, and provides subject matter expertise on clinical information system integration.

Performs routine and complex clinical laboratory tests, prepares specimens, reports results, follows quality-control procedures, maintains equipment and supplies, troubleshoots basic technical issues, and supports infection-control and quality-assurance activities.

Coordinates clerical and administrative duties for an office or department, including correspondence, visitor reception, telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, record keeping, meeting minutes, payment collection, inventory management, and supply ordering. Maintains office and patient files and performs related administrative tasks as needed.
