Lead and coach a sales team for Smart Cremation to deliver compassionate, compliant pre-need cremation sales. Drive training, CRM usage, lead generation, community marketing, performance reviews, and process improvements to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Maintain cemetery, mausoleum, and funeral home grounds and facilities: mowing, trimming, sod laying, debris removal, pond/fountain cleaning, hand digging, interments, minor repairs, and facility cleaning. Perform equipment and vehicle cleaning and assist with casket handling.

Build community relationships and educate families on pre-need cemetery and funeral planning. Schedule and conduct seminars, set appointments, present personalized plans, provide park tours, manage CRM activity and paperwork, track metrics, and stay current on veteran and Social Security benefits. Deliver professional, compassionate service and participate in ongoing training.
