Maintains cemetery, mausoleum, and funeral home grounds and facilities. Duties include mowing, trimming, edging, sod installation, debris removal, pond and fountain cleaning, trenching, grave and memorial support, facility cleaning, minor repairs, painting, and washing vehicles or golf carts. May assist with loading and unloading caskets while maintaining safe, clean, and respectful premises.

Provide compassionate guidance to families before, during, and after funerals; direct visitations, funeral services, and graveside ceremonies; embalm, disinfect, dress, prepare, and casket the deceased in accordance with OSHA standards; and complete accurate service, cremation, maintenance, and related documentation.

Support families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one. Coordinate and carry out funeral services and memorialization while ensuring compliance with professional, municipal, state, and federal regulations. Requires Florida funeral director licensure or eligibility for reciprocity, strong communication skills, integrity, and a commitment to compassionate service.
