Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy to residential clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Complete initial mental health screens and diagnostic assessments, maintain required documentation, attend clinical staffing and consultation meetings, coordinate care, meet direct client contact-hour requirements, and comply with state statutes, licensing, and program policies.

Provide basic therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing care, administer medications, document patient responses, coordinate communication among patients, staff and physicians, perform client admissions, narcotics counts, prior authorizations, MAR audits, and give shift reports while supporting care team collaboration and phone triage.

Provide basic preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care; perform delegated nursing functions; administer medications and monitor responses; handle admissions, narcotics counts, prior authorizations, and MAR audits; maintain communication with patients, staff, and physicians; collaborate with the healthcare team and manage calls.

Provide supervised clinical services for clients with substance use disorders: run groups, complete assessments and treatment plans, manage a small caseload, deliver individual and group therapy, document in Procentive/EHR, attend clinical meetings, and produce progress reports and discharges per NBH policies.

Complete initial mental health screening (GAIN-SS) and diagnostic assessments, maintain documentation, attend clinical staffing and consultation meetings, track clinical outcomes, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams while meeting licensure, reporting, and quality standards.

Support clinical and operations teams with administrative tasks, outreach and recruitment, intake assistance, research, meeting minutes, website/social media content, and podcast recording/editing. Assist across departments and participate in ad-hoc projects to support program coordination.

Conduct comprehensive alcohol and drug assessments for admissions and referrals, document findings per NBH policies, communicate results to courts/DO C and referral sources, collaborate with outside agencies, apply co-occurring disorder competencies, and complete additional tasks as assigned.
