Lead and support a cohort of ~15 elementary students through structured enrichment, SEL activities, homework help, and restorative/trauma-informed behavior guidance. Build relationships with students and families, assist with literacy/STEAM/arts/physical activities, monitor attendance and well-being, and collaborate with teachers and program staff to ensure student safety and development.

Lead design and improvement of inclusive, standards-aligned K-3 special education curriculum. Develop IEPs, mentor and coach teachers, deliver professional development, evaluate programs using data, ensure compliance with special education laws, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and implement UDL and assistive technology to improve student outcomes.

Provide psychotherapy and case management to children and families in school-based clinics; manage referrals, scheduling, crisis intervention, and coordination with school staff and psychiatric providers; maintain compliant clinical documentation, meet productivity targets, participate in supervision, trainings, and uphold HIPAA and ethical standards.
