Teams at Northside Center for Child Development, Inc.

Provides psychotherapy, crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, and case management for children and families transitioning from a school-based CIS program to the main clinic. Coordinates warm handoffs with clinicians, intake staff, medical providers, schools, families, and community agencies. Maintains compliant clinical documentation, manages transfer tracking, participates in supervision and professional development, and provides temporary school-site coverage as needed.

Conduct on-site comprehensive educational evaluations for children, administer and interpret standardized assessments, write detailed reports, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs, maintain confidential records, and stay current on special education assessment best practices.

Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with diverse needs by implementing IEPs/BIPs, assisting with academics and daily living, monitoring and documenting progress, supporting social skills and transitions, collaborating with teachers and therapists, and attending trainings to maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
