Oversee and lead social services for Early Head Start/Head Start families: supervise staff, manage intake and referrals, develop parent involvement curriculum, coordinate community partnerships, ensure compliance with child protection and program standards, and support family self-sufficiency and program recruitment/outreach.

Conduct on-site comprehensive educational evaluations for children, administer and interpret standardized assessments, write detailed reports, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs, maintain confidential records, and stay current on special education assessment best practices.

Provide part-time 1:1 instruction (remote or onsite) for students, focusing on reading, writing, executive functioning, and academic standards integration. Maintain progress notes, case management reports, assessments, attendance, attend meetings, perform educational advocacy screenings, and engage parents while collaborating with clinical staff and schools.
