Provide strategic administrative support to the President & CEO and operational coordination for the COO. Manage executive scheduling, communications, board governance, meeting logistics, briefings, and cross-departmental project follow-through. Improve workflows, maintain confidential information, and support external stakeholder engagement and organizational initiatives.

Lead implementation and operations of NAZs Wealth Builds initiative, manage partnerships and program delivery, oversee CSAs and Youth Opportunity Funds, develop financial education, track outcomes and metrics, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and supervise the Wealth Builds Program Manager to ensure sustainability and impact.
