Advises managers on employment law, wage and hour compliance, leave policies, harassment, and labor issues. Prepares investigation reports and agency hearing materials, supports legal counsel, delivers management training, and promotes consistent policy application across healthcare entities.

Leads medium to large healthcare IT infrastructure and technology projects across their full lifecycle. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, governance reporting, workflow redesign, change management, go-live planning, and post-project evaluation. Projects may involve device refreshes, server and network upgrades, cybersecurity remediation, telecom implementations, system integrations, and clinical device deployments.

Supports the organization’s Data Loss Prevention program across email, cloud, and endpoint environments. Administers and tunes DLP technologies, investigates alerts, coordinates incident response, develops policies and workflows, creates metrics, and implements automation. The role also supports broader cyber operations, security incident response, compliance activities, security technology administration, and cybersecurity projects. Requires participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation and collaboration with technical, clinical, business, and managed security service partners.
