Manage and optimize hospital revenue cycle operations including billing, collections, denial resolution, A/R, cash application, and payor interactions. Provide leadership, process improvement, reporting, staff development, and cross-departmental coordination to maximize revenue and improve patient experience.

Provide clinical coverage, supervise and support clinical staff, assist with training and quality control, serve as VFC liaison, act as EHR superuser, ensure compliance with HRSA/OSHA/HIPAA, maintain clinical inventory, and support Regional Clinical Services Manager with processes and performance feedback.

Manage and support regional clinical staff, oversee clinical performance and workflows, implement protocols, handle staffing, training, compliance (PCMH/HRSA), VFC vaccine management, inventory, billing issue resolution, and collaborate with Quality and Education teams to improve productivity and care metrics.
