Lead and support revenue cycle operations including billing, collections, denials, cash application, A/R resolution, payor audits, and patient service. Identify and resolve operational issues, implement process improvements to maximize revenue and patient experience, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, provide training and reporting, and support budgeting and compliance activities.
