Manage and lead a software engineering team (up to 15 direct reports) for the DARC program. Contribute as IC or product owner, direct development, integration, testing, sustainment, and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional leads, support hiring, staffing, career development, proposals, labor estimates, performance management, and brief program/customer leadership. Work onsite on a 9/80 schedule; requires active Secret clearance.

Provide Level 2 ERP support for Supplier Quality across the Defense Sector. Drive SAP S/4HANA process standardization, template governance, training, UAT, master data cleansing, cutover and change management, incident and patch support, SOX deliverables, and stakeholder engagement. Support ERP rollouts, troubleshooting, and post-go-live operations; travel up to 25% for onsite support and training.

Manage and lead an electrical engineering group for the Sentinel program, splitting time between functional/organizational management (~20%) and technical program work (~80%). Duties include team leadership, mentoring, career development, requirements and interface analysis, reading engineering drawings, resolving technical issues, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring program delivery while maintaining required security clearance.
