Provides high-level administrative and operational support to a VP and senior leadership team. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, travel coordination, leadership meetings and events, executive communications, expense processing, records management, stakeholder liaison work, confidential information handling, action-item tracking, and special projects.

Manage commercial aerospace research and development programs, overseeing cost, schedule, technical performance, budgets, risks, proposals, and customer relationships. Lead cross-functional technical, operations, and administrative teams; coordinate agile release teams and integrated product teams; manage suppliers; prepare business plans and contract proposals; apply earned value management; and drive issues, decisions, and deliverables to completion.

Leads quality planning, SPC-based process control, inspection procedures, RCCA/CAPA, and continuous improvement for precision-machined components. Analyzes quality data, manages FAI activities, develops metrics, ensures ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance, supports dispositions and configuration control, and partners with machining, engineering, inspection, customers, vendors, and program teams. Mentors quality and manufacturing personnel while driving defect reduction, yield improvement, and auditable processes.
