Manage manufacturing and test/integration operations, supervising 15–20 employees across mechanical assembly, production, sustainment, and repair. Oversee staffing, schedules, materials, KPIs, safety, quality, costs, delivery, budgets, continuous improvement, equipment maintenance, and compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, production control, and other functions while supporting process development, capacity planning, proposals, and employee development.

Develops and integrates undersea mechanical hardware through concept development, structural analysis, design, technical planning, problem solving, and testing. Translates customer requirements into solutions within technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Requires collaboration across teams, complex problem solving, and prioritization of multiple projects. The role is onsite in Annapolis, Maryland, supports Principal or Senior Principal levels, and involves 10% travel.

Lead the Vanquish test program across laboratory, ground, and flight testing. Responsibilities include test planning, staffing, execution, reporting, risk mitigation, schedule and cost performance, aircraft test modifications, resource forecasting, and leadership of test-site personnel. The role coordinates engineering and operations teams across multiple locations and supports mission objectives, including extended shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed.
