Provides comprehensive nursing care to senior living residents, including daily assessments, rounds, safety and infection-control procedures, interventions for changes in condition, and communication with physicians, families, and care teams. The role requires maintaining regulatory and company care standards, ensuring resident comfort and safety, and coordinating appropriate follow-up. Applicants must hold an unencumbered RN or LPN license and current CPR certification; long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
