Oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community including leading maintenance and leasing teams, managing financials and owner reporting, maintaining occupancy, handling resident relations, ensuring Fair Housing compliance, supervising staff schedules, executing marketing and outreach, and providing team training and property walkthroughs.

Manage end-to-end real estate development projects including site feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, consultant coordination, budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, construction coordination, and stakeholder reporting. Represent the company in public hearings and work cross-functionally with leasing, finance, and property teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Support real estate development projects by performing due diligence, market research, entitlement analysis, budgeting, schedule tracking, consultant coordination, permit and contract administration, and assisting construction management to deliver projects on time and on budget.
