Develop and maintain financial models for real estate acquisitions, development projects, and asset management. Analyze property financial statements, market data, and economic trends; prepare investment performance reports and recommendations; and collaborate with acquisitions, development, accounting, and property management teams on due diligence and investment strategies.

An 8–10 week internship program immersing students in real estate and development. Interns complete meaningful projects across accounting, acquisitions, asset and investment management, data analytics, and debt placement while developing industry knowledge, professional networks, and career-ready skills.

Supports clients with daily order management, stakeholder communication, SOP execution, issue troubleshooting, and detailed exception tracking. The role requires timely, professional client service, strong organization, multitasking, adaptability, communication skills, and the ability to learn various computer systems in a fast-paced onsite logistics environment.
