The Quality Analyst tests software, APIs, integrations, workflows, and data flows throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include creating and executing functional, integration, regression, UAT, API, and system tests; documenting defects and evidence; validating warehouse-management and EDI transactions; supporting releases; coordinating UAT; and improving testing efficiency and automation. The role collaborates with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders in an onsite Kansas City environment.

Provides front-desk reception, visitor and phone support, conference room and office supply coordination, mail and package distribution, catering and courier arrangements, invoice and expense processing, vendor verification, directory maintenance, office errands, event support, and safety committee coordination. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, multitasking, confidentiality, and administrative skills in an on-site office environment.

Design site plans, site grades, utility layouts, stormwater management facilities, and entitlement and permitting documents for development projects. Collaborate with engineers, planners, surveyors, municipalities, and contractors from project inception through construction. Use AutoCAD Civil 3D, PondPack, and related stormwater modeling tools while gaining experience toward professional engineering licensure.
