Teams at NorthPark Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia

Provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, implements care plans, documents assessments, transcribes physician orders, coordinates shift communication, guides nurse aides, educates support staff, maintains infection-control standards, and addresses staffing needs. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong assessment and documentation skills, effective communication, workflow organization, emergency responsiveness, and attention to detail.
