Northmarq is seeking soon-to-be graduates for various full-time early career opportunities in commercial real estate. Positions include Analyst roles in Investment Sales, Debt/Equity, Agency and Loan Servicing, with mentorship programs available to foster growth and skill development.

Originate, underwrite, package, and appraise commercial real estate (especially multi-family) loans. Build and manage client and investor relationships, prepare investment proposals, and coordinate closings with legal, title, and environmental partners. Lead a production team and grow business within the firm's platform.
