The intern will gain experience in business writing, copywriting, AP Style, corporate communications, and marketing while collaborating with communications professionals.

Perform financial underwriting, valuation, cash flow modeling, market research, and investment analysis for multifamily commercial real estate sales assignments. Prepare broker opinions of value, offering memoranda, and transaction materials; interpret property and financial documents; identify risks and value opportunities; maintain market data; and present recommendations to brokers, clients, and investors.

Software Engineering Intern supporting a scrum team by designing and developing test automation suites, evaluating test runs, maintaining test cases, reporting and resolving bugs, and debugging software for web services, databases, applications, and tools. The intern will write maintainable code, participate in code reviews and process improvements, document procedures, and learn modern software engineering practices. This is a full-time, in-office summer internship in Minneapolis.
