Teams at NorthMark Strategies

Leads enterprise cyber defense across NorthMark Strategies and its portfolio, overseeing security monitoring, detection engineering, incident response, threat intelligence, threat hunting, and digital forensics. Builds AI-enabled and agentic security operations with human oversight, governs and secures AI platforms, directs SIEM/SOAR strategy, ensures regulatory alignment, manages major incidents, and develops high-performing global teams.

Leads company-wide strategy and operations planning, including three-year plans, annual operating plans, monthly business reviews, OKR cascades, board and investor materials, and governance rhythms. Partners with the COO, executives, and Finance/FP&A to align strategy, budgets, metrics, and business performance. Manages and develops a team of Strategy & Operations professionals, improves planning processes, maintains the business model and process repository, and supports culture and value-driver initiatives.

Designs, deploys, and maintains enterprise infrastructure across servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, and domain services. Leads infrastructure projects, complex incident resolution, disaster recovery, automation, infrastructure-as-code, security integration, documentation, and on-call support. Serves as a senior technical authority, mentors engineers, contributes to technology strategy, and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders.
