Supports the External Affairs team through communications drafting, content management, event logistics, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, recordkeeping, and partnership tracking. The role prepares FAQs, talking points, presentations, reports, social media, newsletters, and website updates; coordinates community events and stakeholder engagements; routes inquiries; and maintains relationship records. It also represents the company at community events and assists with research and other administrative needs.

Designs and maintains Python-based automation frameworks for global data center network provisioning and lifecycle management. Builds APIs, infrastructure-as-code workflows, CI/CD integrations, observability tooling, and self-service networking capabilities using Ansible, Terraform, and Jinja2. Collaborates with network, platform, and security teams, contributes to architecture, supports production reliability, and participates in on-call incident response.

Designs, deploys, and optimizes high-performance networking architectures for HPC, AI/ML, and data-intensive workloads. Advises customers throughout solution lifecycles, leads proof-of-concepts and benchmarking, tunes network performance, and integrates compute, storage, orchestration, and security layers. The role develops observability frameworks, collaborates with engineering and vendors, influences product roadmaps, and presents architectures to technical and executive stakeholders.
