Support TA team operations for NorthMark and NMC² by owning interview scheduling, candidate pipeline management, Workday data integrity, vendor coordination, interviewer enablement, assessment administration, and hiring analytics/reporting to ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for all indirect spend, define multi-year procurement strategy, manage category frameworks, run complex RFx and negotiations, build and develop a high-performing procurement team, manage supplier relationships and risk, drive savings and transformation using procurement technology and analytics, and partner with executive stakeholders.

Operate the security change management process, run risk and vendor assessments, maintain the enterprise risk register, author and manage security policies, facilitate threat/risk workshops, track remediation and exceptions, and produce risk reporting and compliance metrics while coordinating across Engineering, Product, Legal, HR, and Operations.
