Lead full-cycle accounting operations, month-end and annual close, consolidated financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, treasury, cash forecasting, debt schedules, and internal controls. Manage QuickBooks and ERP integrations, support FP&A, oversee payroll and accounting staff, and coordinate post-close financial integration for acquisitions. The role requires hands-on technical accounting leadership, Canadian and U.S. tax compliance, and occasional audit or strategic travel during a 15-month maternity leave contract.

Owns strategic enterprise accounts, multi-year roadmaps, executive relationships, renewals, upsell and cross-sell growth. Leads account planning, forecasting, solution shaping, proposals, pricing, negotiations, QBRs, RFPs, and client risk management. Partners with delivery, PMO, sales, and subject matter experts to support successful digital transformation projects. The role also mentors team members and contributes to marketing and industry events.

Lead tracking, tagging, and measurement infrastructure for paid media campaigns (GTM, server-side APIs, GA4). Build reporting pipelines and dashboards, manage data feed and CRM integrations, own attribution and incrementality testing, support MMM partnerships, and run/optimize paid accounts while mentoring the paid media team and documenting standards.
