Lead tracking, tagging, and measurement infrastructure for paid media campaigns (GTM, server-side APIs, GA4). Build reporting pipelines and dashboards, manage data feed and CRM integrations, own attribution and incrementality testing, support MMM partnerships, and run/optimize paid accounts while mentoring the paid media team and documenting standards.

Lead end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn. Plan, set up, optimize, and report on campaigns, manage budgets and pacing, troubleshoot performance, present insights to clients, mentor junior team members, and support business growth through audits, proposals, and platform expansion.
