Coordinate back-office and front-desk operations for a therapy practice. Manage payer authorizations, track authorization periods and visit limits, submit requests, follow up, and communicate status to clinicians and leadership. Provide warm, professional support to families and therapists by handling calls, emails, intake assistance, scheduling coordination, and basic client inquiries.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, design intervention plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support children’s growth.

The Clinical Director (BCBA) leads an ABA clinic, overseeing clinical operations, mentoring staff, and building relationships with families and communities to enhance care quality and clinic growth.
