Provide clinical and clerical support in a school-based health center: room patients, record vitals, document in EMR, perform phlebotomy and CLIA lab controls, prepare treatments/procedures (non-medication), maintain supplies/cleanliness, assist with audits and scheduling, and participate in Patient-Centered Medical Home team initiatives.

The RN is responsible for managing patient care, coordinating treatments, conducting triage, and supporting quality improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting.

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management. Diagnose, treat, perform exams, order and interpret tests, prescribe therapies, document in the EHR, coordinate care with behavioral health and specialists, participate in quality improvement, and support compliance with FQHC regulatory requirements.
