Responsible for driving branch performance, increasing sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through leadership and relationship management. Oversees sales activities and ensures compliance with bank policies.

Lead and coordinate enterprise data initiatives, translate strategy into project plans, manage timelines, risks, and stakeholders, maintain documentation, track value and ensure governance-aligned delivery across cross-functional teams.

Support and administer the enterprise data governance framework by partnering with business, IT, and risk teams to define critical data elements, maintain metadata and lineage, monitor and remediate data quality issues, document governance standards, prepare governance materials, and support audits and reporting to improve data consistency, accountability, and compliance.
