Supports, enhances, configures, and troubleshoots healthcare applications and enterprise systems. Partners with stakeholders to define specifications, implement changes, resolve complex issues, and maintain reliable hospital workflows. Leads projects, manages vendors and SLAs, documents implementations, follows ITIL incident and change-management practices, and mentors peers. Requires extensive healthcare IT, application support, system implementation, EMR/ERP, and project-planning experience.

Manages anatomic pathology laboratory personnel, daily workflow, staffing, training, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, safety, budgets, and process improvement. Oversees histology, surgical pathology, cytopathology, specimen preparation, instrumentation, turnaround times, CAP survey readiness, CLIA compliance, and departmental financial performance. Requires ASCP certification, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and two years of leadership experience.

Provides outpatient general and advanced gastrointestinal care in Flagstaff, Arizona, with optional hospital shifts and minimal or no call. Performs procedures in a new endoscopy center with anesthesia support and collaborates with NPs, PAs, and a physician-led team.
