Supports Project Managers with coordinating project activities, schedules, records, documentation, materials, RFIs, change orders, meetings, customer communication, and closeout tasks. Tracks progress, identifies missing information or potential delays, maintains accurate logs, and follows up on outstanding actions. The role requires strong organization, communication, technical curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Training is available for a motivated candidate.
