Teams at Northeastern University

Supports Northeastern athletics communications by managing media relations, promoting designated teams, overseeing game-day communications and statistical reporting, updating the athletics website, creating digital and social media content, and coordinating with ticketing, marketing, external affairs, video, and broadcast teams.

Manages financial administration for outgoing subawards, including reviewing payment terms, monitoring subrecipient compliance, processing and tracking invoices, obtaining approvals, maintaining databases, and preparing FFATA reports. Serves as a primary contact for faculty, administrators, and subrecipients while coordinating with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Research Compliance. Supports process improvement, reporting, risk reduction, and automation initiatives related to sponsored research finance.

Manages daily operations, research administration, grant proposals, subawards, financial reporting, budgeting, purchasing, space and visitor logistics, websites, seminars, and research programs for two interdisciplinary university centers. Supports NSF, NIH, DOE, NASA, and foundation-funded activities; coordinates with research administration and finance offices; supervises staff and improves administrative workflows.
