Provide one-to-one therapeutic mentoring to children and youth with behavioral or developmental challenges, model positive social and problem-solving skills, and support practice of new behaviors in home and community settings. Deliver services across locations (home, schools, community centers) and support families to integrate skills into daily life.

Support clinicians by implementing treatment plans for children with behavioral-emotional disorders or ASD in-home. Provide caregiver training, assist with behavioral goals, document progress, and coordinate with clinicians to improve family functioning. Position offers flexible 4- or 5-day schedules and opportunities for supervision toward licensure.

Provide positive role modeling and therapeutic mentoring to children and youth with behavioral or social challenges. Teach and reinforce social skills, problem solving, and conflict resolution in home, school, and community settings. Work may include in-person visits, community activities, documentation, and collaboration with families and supervisors. Requires driving to client locations.
